1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files our site sends to your browser, which the browser stores. On a return visit, the browser sends the files back — allowing the site to "remember" you.
Alongside cookies, we may use similar technologies: Local Storage, Session Storage, pixels (tiny tracking image), limited fingerprinting (browser/OS type — not biometric).
This policy applies to both of our domains:
- soulbe.io (marketing site)
- crm.soulbe.io (SaaS platform)
2. Types of Cookies We Use
2.1 Essential Cookies
Do not require consent — without them the site does not function.

2.2 Functional Cookies
Improve the experience. Require consent under EU law; mostly exempt from consent in Israel.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

Access to IP is restricted and IP anonymization is enabled. We do not perform cross-site user tracking.
2.4 Marketing Cookies
Require explicit consent. Used for ad targeting and conversion tracking.

(We don't run all of these by default — only if installed for an active current campaign.)
2.5 CRM Platform Cookies
In the crm.soulbe.io area, the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector platform sets additional cookies essential to its operation (`gh_session`, `ghl_token`, etc.). They are essential to system operation and cannot be turned off without losing functionality.
3. Managing Your Consent
3.1 Cookie Banner
On your first visit to the site you will see a banner where you can:
- Accept all — Enables all categories.
- Reject non-essential — Keep only Essential.
- Customize — Choose specific categories (Functional / Analytics / Marketing).
The choice is stored for 12 months. You can change it at any time by clicking "Manage Cookies" in the footer.
3.2 Browser Settings
You can disable cookies entirely via browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note: Disabling essential cookies may cause parts of the site not to work (e.g. you won't be able to log into the CRM).
3.3 Do Not Track
We honor the DNT header including in Analytics. If your browser sends DNT=1 — marketing/analytics cookies are not loaded.
4. Third Parties
Third-party provider cookies (Google, Meta etc.) are subject to their own policies:
We do not control how they use information beyond what we request.
5. Changes to the Policy
Updates will be announced on the site. Material changes will require renewed consent via banner.
