2.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact form and intro call: Full name, email, phone, company name, and a description of your needs.
  • Newsletter sign-up (with your consent): Email address.
  • Direct correspondence: If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Basic usage data: Pages visited, time on page, referrer source.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type.

3. Purposes of Use

  • Inquiry responses — Getting back to you with a consulting proposal, answer, or to schedule a call.
  • Marketing (with consent only) — Sending newsletters / marketing material. You can opt out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in every email we send.
  • Site improvement — Analytics to understand which content is useful and where users get stuck.
  • Legal compliance — Reporting to authorities, complying with court orders.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

To operate the site we rely on technical providers:

  • WhatsApp (communication) — if you reach out via WhatsApp.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy policy. Where required, we have signed Data Processing Agreements with them.

Some of our providers are located outside Israel (mainly in the U.S. and EU). We ensure that transfers occur with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework certification).

  • Inquiries that didn't become projects: Up to 24 months.
  • Customer correspondence on projects: Duration of project + 7 years (accounting obligations).
  • Newsletter subscription: Until you ask to be removed.
  • Technical logs: Up to 90 days.

11. Minors

The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with information — please contact us for immediate deletion.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be displayed prominently on the site 30 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute — the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District.
